The experience was great from start to finish. Starting with Paulette - who I absolutely loved because of her honesty - she tells you how it really is and what to expect. To Dr Bray's attentiveness and care for making you feel comfortable with the surgery and after. The entire team was fantastic! As a busy working mom of teenage kids trying to find the time to schedule this appointment was difficult. I had wanted to do this surgery for years after having my kids. But with a demanding job and a family the timing was just never right. Paulette was excellent with managing my expectations on the surgery and the recovery time. And didn't just book the appointment when I "thought" it was convenient for me - basically over a long weekend. But scheduled it when it actually made sense based on my work schedule and the amount of time that I really needed to heal.
And the aftercare that the entire team provides was also great. I am almost a year post-op and still doing check-ins to make sure everything is still going as planned. I am so happy with the results to date and can't wait to see how they turn out once I hit 12 months - although a part of me will miss visiting everyone at the clinic.
