My Experience with Dr. Yunus and team
I’m so grateful I trusted Dr. Yunus and his entire team with my tummy tuck. From the very beginning, my coordinator Jason was absolutely incredible. He was patient, informative, kind, trustworthy, and always willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. He was truly a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire process.
I’ll be honest, I was extremely nervous. About two weeks before my surgery, I was actually considering canceling because I was so scared. One of the things that initially stood out to me about Dr. Yunus and his team was seeing how happy and well cared for their patients were.
I was especially nervous about the belly buttons I had seen some women get with other surgeons. That was probably the biggest thing I was afraid of. I just didn’t want to have the same experience happen to me. I talked to Dr. Yunus about my concerns, and he reassured me that I would be in good hands. He really had an eye for what would look best, and I’m so happy I trusted him.when some of the massage therapists here in the USA saw his work esp with the extended tummy tuck, they say it’s the best work they’ve seen in a while and they wanted to know which surgeon I went to.
I can be a bit of a perfectionist and a control freak when it comes to things like this, so I had a very specific idea of what I wanted. Dr. Yunus understood what I was looking for and somehow made the result even better than I imagined. I’m honestly so happy with how my stomach looks. I feel so snatched, and I absolutely love my results!
The aftercare has also been amazing. I’ve had surgery in Turkey before, but the level of support I received from Dr. Yunus’ team, especially Jason and the nurses, was on another level. They made me feel at home, checked on me, answered all my questions, and were there whenever I needed support during recovery.
I was also so excited to finally meet everyone in person after seeing so many of their Instagram videos. They were just as kind and welcoming in person as they seemed online.
My surgery was June 23, so I’m still relatively early in my recovery, but I’m recovering really well and am extremely happy with my progress. I’ve been keeping up with my massages, taking my iron, and following my recovery instructions.
One thing I really appreciated was that I was informed beforehand about the possibility of needing a blood transfusion. I did end up needing one after surgery, which was unexpected and definitely made me a little nervous at first, especially because I was feeling weak afterward. But there were no surprises or hidden costs because I had already been informed about the possibility. I really appreciated that transparency.
Looking back, I’m genuinely so happy that I didn’t cancel my surgery. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Yunus for the work he did and to the entire team for taking such good care of me. I truly feel like this surgery has improved my confidence and my quality of life.
I lost a significant amount of weight, so a breast lift is something I would still love to do in the future. I simply didn’t have enough saved at the time to do both procedures. After seeing my tummy tuck results, I would absolutely trust Dr. Yunus and his team again.
I especially want to thank Dr. Yunus, Jason and his team, the nurses, and everyone who took care of me throughout this entire experience. I’m so grateful for the care, support, and kindness I received.
