3 month update

my third month.. more defined :) however my left arm still a lil bit swallon.. but well lets be patient as we all know it took 3 to 6 month for it to be completely perfect... im planning to make an appointment for my abdomen part already..

my 9 week

picture said a thousand words.. definition oh definition..
upload on my 9th week progress.. one week late as promised.. still feel a bitttttt sore .. but not a problem at all.. coz im satisfied with the result.. my back fat gone...
