I have read that a lot of people use the vitamedica pre-op and post-op vitamins (they don't contain Vitamin E) and others use multivitamins like centrum or whatever but be careful and make sure whatever vitamins you pick don't contain Vitamin E. Some ppl swear by arnica (pills and cream) and bromelain. I hope that helps.
Thanks so much I was going to do vitamin d helps repair skin, bromelain for the swelling and Vitamin C but I am thinking that may be a tad bit so I am going to ask my doctor to see what he says as far as taking those PRE surgery!
Hey does anyone know if I NEED to purchase a compression garment or does the surgeon provide 1??? My pre-op appointment isn't until Feb. 12th and I just want be prepared in ADVANCE!!!!
It depends on your surgeon. Mine provided it to me, but I've heard others who have had to purchase it. I bet if you call the office, they can tell you over the phone.
Ok that's what I will do! THANKS!!!
I had to purchase my own. Seems every doc is different.
