I recently received smart lipo on my inner thigh, upper arms , and abdomen bra line . On my consultation I told him my problem areas which were all those areas mentions before and he said he could help. On the day of surgery he marked my areas but I noticed he only marked my lower abdomen and not the top. After my surgery I noticed that I wasn't sore on my upper abdomen at all which scared me bc I paid for my abdomen to be done.So I should have felt something right? I went in for my post op appointment and expressed my concerns to the nurse because the doctor was not there which was strange to me. She told me she couldn't imagine him not doing the whole abdomen. She told me she would ask him and call me but that was a whole week ago. .and I am annoyed! What do I do? I am so scared that I will have a flat lower abdomen and fat upper abdomen .. Also am is my lower abdomen looking right?

I think it's devided in 2 parts the upper & lower abdominal I'm thinking of getting smart lipo & those are the two areas I want to get.

I think your stomach looks good. It would help if I knew which were pre and post op pics. I can see the back bra fat but I think the front area looks better.

I wish you wouldve said something to the doctor when you first noticed it before surgery...smh. i hope it all works out for you

I was so disappointed after I saw my results I spoke to the nurse and her reply was may be they mist a spot how can you mist a spot when I paid for upper and lower abs and then suggesting touch up .smh

Sounds like you need a lawyer...this is what scares me a little, so for now im gonna go back to my traiber and see what happens,he's an awesome trainer so im excited. I'll pray for you hun.

I saw your pics and it looks like he did your abs. May we see pics of your arms?

I will say i had zero pain at all with the upper abs, and i do mean zero! So doesn't mean they weren't done. Do you have small incisions up there?

No I have no incision at the top just at the top on the bra line in the back

Have you managed to get in contact with your doctor yet? It might help you to know how much fat was removed as well.

What is the most that he can remove at one time bc 1900cc is only 4 lbs. .In that is not enough for upper& lower ab , inner thigh, bra line and upper arms Right??????

I had a total of about 2400cc removed from lower upper and both flanks so 1900 is still a lot for smaller areas

Do you have 4 incisions on your arms underneath? One under bucep and 1 by elbow on each arm
if not then he didn't so them.
I had mine done&have 4 scars.

I have two incisions on my arms total. My upper arms were my big issue. .. I'm really concerned about about my upper abs because I don't have any incisions on my them..

Your picture didn't publish, unfortunately, so maybe you could try that again, so we can see. I can say that I felt very little in my ab area at all, but I don't know if that's normal.
I have to say that at this stage, swelling tends to set in with a vengeance :( and it can last a while. Definitely keep trying to confirm with your doctor, but swelling can mask all of your results for a while. Though I do see that you're smaller post than pre.
