Several years ago, I decided that I did not want to be obese. I decided for many reasons to change the way I ate for good and to lose weight. I joined a gym, I learned how to eat well. After several years of staying true, changing my habits and dropping over 115 lbs through diet and exercise, I took a long look in the mirror and decided that there were some things that the weight loss alone could not fix.
