I am a mother of two children who I've breastfed each for 3 years. Yes that's six years of breastfeeding! All the while, saving up money for what I knew I wanted the moment I decided I could be done having children. With my first child, my belly stretched and grew enormous, leaving lots of loose, hanging skin, and unsightly stretch marks. I went to a few plastic surgeons to get an idea of what each would recommend for me specifically, and what each had to offer. I ultimately decided on a surgeon who I liked best for his work, professionalism, and his plan of action for my specific needs. Today was my preop and we ultimately decided on the following things:
Full Tummy Tuck with tightening of the muscles
Lipo suction around the midsection and flanks
Breast Aug with Natrelle Inspira SSF 560 CC on right, 520 CC on left

Currently, my breasts fit into a 36B/34C bra, but they are saggy/empty, mostly skin pushed together to fill out the cup.

Will post before/after pictures when I can.

I’m feeling a bit rough. The abdominal pain is really bad, especially when I laugh or try to get in/out of bed. Getting in bed is way worse, though! Any tips for getting in bed without flexing my abs. I don’t have a recliner, but so have a wedge pillow for my back and a knee pillow to elevate my legs. Lots of pressure on my chest from the BA and the right wrap, unable to fill lungs all the way, but practicing.

Hello. I'm 6 days post op and understand exactly how u feel about getting bed. I have lots of pillows. Instead of sitting on the bed try crawling into bed. Stand at the side put one knee on the bed and then the other, then kinda slow roll over into position on your back. It looks crazy but I have found this to work for me. I also have an adjustable bed which might make it easier for me. Hope that helps.

While breastfeeding my breast grew to a D/DD/E, after breastfeeding I lost a lot of tissue, they became mostly skin bags.

Surgery was today and the doctor put in
Allergan Natrelle Inspira 560cc (L) and 520cc (R) of the Soft Touch Full Profile over the muscle/sub glandular. I’m excited to see what they look like, but right now they are wrapped tight and high!
