Sorry for the few day delay! One month post op- finally able to stand up straight and I feel mostly normal!! My right breast is still high, I am trying to work it down with massage, but it’s much slower to respond than the left, which seems to be in the right spot now. I still have a giant bruise on my left breast that is starting to yellow. My rash from last week is mostly gone. I am the same weight I started at pre surgery. I guess I thought I would lose some between the Lipo and tummy tuck? But the implants canceled out some of that. I still can’t really tell anything changed with the flank lipo. It doesn’t really look any different yet. Overall feeling great, and my husband is quite pleased with the results.

You look great! You've made huge progress in a short amount of time! And look at that transformation from your before pics!!! I hear that lipo results take a while to fully show so you'll keep getting better and better. Yay!

Mommy Makeover Post Op 3 weeks tummy tuck, BA with Natrelle Inspira 560 CC SSF

So I’m at three weeks post op and am suddenly experiencing an increase in swelling and a rash across my belly. I also feel a sort of ripping feeling in the center of my incision from time to time. It doesn’t seem to be opening, but it does look different. I have an appointment with the surgeon next week and will monitor it and any changes until then. Regrettably- I still cannot stand up straight- but working on it. No other major changes other than its hurting less when I cough, sneeze, or laugh! Still get really tired with increased levels of activity, like cleaning, walking (even short distances), reaching for something in a cabinet, trying to make the bed, etc- but feeling better in general.
Anyone got any ideas on the rash? (Pic included) should I be worried?

Mommy Makeover 2 week Post op update Natrelle 560 / 520 cc, SSF and full tummy tuck with flank lipo

jwpaint09
Two weeks post op today. Only taking Tylenol as needed. Taking bromelain, vitamin e and a multivitamin daily. Drinking lots of power smoothies and eating salads. Walking around pretty often, but still can’t stand up straight. I’m starting to get some back pain from being so hunched over, so I’m practicing more and more to stand up straight. It’s just really hard to do as it just feels so right. Hoping by three weeks I will get better at it. The incisions all feel itchy- I guess that’s a good sign. Getting in and out of bed is easier. But sneezing- OMG- it hurts so bad. So does coughing, laughing, and the works. Overall feeling pretty good, just hoping I shake this holiday induced cold rather quickly!

Looking great! I'm still hunched over too. (Surgery was 12/15), hope that resolves soon for both of us!

yes! I keep trying- I’m still not there yet. It feels so tight on my upper abdomen that I just can’t get there yet. Hope you are able to soon too!
