The 30-day guarantee is actually only 20 days. They go by "ship date" NOT date received. I was going to return mine, but missed the guarantee date by 6 days (because they went 30 days from "ship date". Seems to cause MORE wrinkles than removing them. It also caused red lines on my face around my cheekbones. Would not recommend.
