Lost 50lbs, It Was Time to Feel Good About Myself--405CC Silicone
Pre-Surgery: I am not super slim. 5'6, 160lbs but I am in great shape. I work out 5 days a week. I have about 24-25% body fat and am pear shaped. I followed all the "week before" directions to the letter.
Post-Surgery: Again, I followed EVERY SINGLE DIRECTION my doctor told me--massage, elevated sleeping, sports bras, etc. I asked for clarification and even set timers for medication. Dr. Mizuguchi said this is definitely a big reason why my results look so amazing. I did not have an easy case since I had small breasts and my skin had a lot of stretching to do. Follow the directions!!! Call with questions!!!!
The Bad Parts: My Implants stayed high for a while! It took mine longer to "drop" because my chest muscles did not want to make room--remember when I said I'm in great shape? Turns out, I super strong. Ha! Like freakish! Also, muscle relaxers don't work for me. This made the first 3-4 weeks pretty uncomfortable for me. I felt like I had a band around my chest. When my implants finally started to make their way into the "pockets," they look FABULOUS!!! They are exactly what I wanted in size, shape, placement, etc.
Because of my body type and size, I wanted breasts that would balance out my body but not make me look heavy or fat. That is exactly what I got. My incisions are around the nipple with minimal scarring. Its been 6 month and those are still fading. I will post pictures at 1 year post surgery.

Thank you for sharing your story with this community. Can I ask what type of implant you went with, and what type of lift the doctor performed?
Thanks for the feedback!
