Considering Explanting my Saline Implants/replacing with Fat Grafting?

The pros for my saline implants is that I have breast when I didn't befor. Prior to I was a 34AA and am now a 34C, which in every womens mind is great considering my starting point.

I have had my implants for 8yrs, the cons are that I feel they are too far apart, the ripple terrably, and one is bigger than the other. I have recently become very ill and the doctors have put me through every test imaginable. I have come acroos thousands of women who have the same symptoms as mine and it seems it maybe the implants. I am considering having them removed. Therefor I am looking for an alternative to implants and have been reading a bit about fat grafting for your breast.

I currently have saline breast implants of 8yrs. I am considering having them removed. I have been researching fat grafting and was wondering if I had my implants removed would this be an option for me? I have seen many negative remarks from people receiveing fat grafting but have yet to come across one person who has had it done to there breast. Any insight to this new technology would be appreciated.
