33 Years Old, 2 Kids Breastfed, Currently Have No Cup Size but Wear a Padded 32a. Wanting Small Implants!

Hey I'm new here!! I've always had small boobs but I used to be able to get cleavage from a VS push up bra and now I have absolutely nothing. Went to Dr. Mizuguchi and we decided on sientra style 107 moderate profile plus 305cc. Well now that I've had time to think I want to try smaller (285 or 255). My pre-op appt is May 16th (my bday) and he is going to let me try on the smaller ones to see which one I like. I have been searching on here like crazy to find girls with extremely small boobs before that got small implants. I have found a few that I love!! Anyway, I'm super nervous and I've contemplated canceling several times but then I look in the mirror. I just want my confidence back. My husband is so supportive and has even been working a lot of overtime so we can pay for these things and keep our savings intact.

So I was extremely nervous but everything went so smoothly! My breast width is 10, which is extremely small, so I got 280cc hp, smooth round unders. I'm happy with the size because I wanted to be small! I've been out of it most of the day but I can get out of bed on my own to go pee, lift my arms, and not have much pain. I'm trying to stay up on my pain meds but can't seem to keep them down. Gonna call my doctor to ask for nausea medication. It's 11pm and my boobs are now starting to swell so I've been putting frozen pees on them. Tomorrow I will get to take the wrap off and wear a sports bras and I can't wait to see them! So far so good!
