Before and after pics

I would like opinions now that I've posted before and after. They are silicone implants and its been 5 months with different size implants I can really tell a difference. Should there be a revision ? I couldnt tell a difference in size before surgery.

Busy office. The only thing I would suggest spend more time with patient before and after , but mostly after. It's been 4 months and I've seen Dr one time less than 5 mins other time maybe 10 mins. Overall a very nice place.
