Liked my breast before just wanted them bigger. They are bigger, but I went with moderate profile plus not used to them being so wide. I also don't like that I have to wear a push-up bra to have alot of cleavage. My expectations of this was I wouldn't have to, but I've been told by others with breast implants you need to get high profile for that. I did also leave ccs up to ps so he did use 25ccs less in one, but did not really explain on why. I just assumed he would know best. Overall they are very nice and getting softer every day. If I had any advice I would say do alot of research on your own then ask your ps lots of questions before surgery.

I was a small 36 b went to large c small d. One has 375 cc other 400 cc.

             you have a beautiful pair! i understand what you mean about mods! i had them before my now high profile, i didnt like how wide they wide they were either! i had too much cleavage wth them! i still have cleavagge with my high profile but itd not overwhelming!

How long did u wait before u hot the high profile? I'm just four months post op would hate to think about another surgery that soon.

I have HP and I'm only a week out (I switched from mod plus) but I have a feeling for some awesome cleavage a push up may be necessary. I don't think the profile matters much its more what ur natural clevage is.
