I was the same way! So happy for you girl!!
Gym junkie here, too. (Killer abs there, btw.) I'm considering BA but really nervous about how they'll affect an active lifestyle. (And if they'll cause back pain / drooping shoulders.)
I'm curious why you chose the Ideal Implant over silicone? (I get the benefits/detriments of each, but I'd love to know why you, personally, went for the Ideal.)
Thanks for sharing!

I'm almost 4 weeks post & back to my regular routine. The sides of my boobs are what still get tender usually when I wake up & when I'm almost done working out. I spoke to the doc about it & he says it's completely normal & they are still a bit swollen at this state of recovery, other then that my weight training hasn't been too affected!
I chose the ideal implant because they are saline filled with a silicone outer & should they rupture I would know immediately. Where as with the silicone you'd have to get a MRI once a year or so.
I was worried they wouldn't sit as high as I wanted because I originally wanted the silicone ultra high profile but my surgeon assured me that it could be accomplished with the ideal implant, I took his word & couldn't be happier with the results.
Hope that helped!!

Very much! Thank you :)
Gorgeous results! I have a couple questions for you... how tall are you and do you know what your BWD was?!
I'm 5"3 and what's bwd? Lol
Breast width diameter... it's a measurement sometimes taken by your PS or you could have taken it yourself too
Yes it was 11.5 :)
Thank you! Mine are 11 cm and 11.5 cm so very similar. Love your results!
What bra size are you now?
I'm not sure I'm still only wearing adjustable sports bras
But medium/large

Avid gym junkie I wanted something that wouldn't limit my work out routine so my surgeon & I decided on the saline structured implant also called the ideal implant
I'm only a week & a few days out but so far LOVING it!
Eager to hit the gym again but I know I have a few more weeks to go..
Expect to have someone with you for a few days even with the pain meds it's still a rough ride :/ SLEEP WAS HORRIBLE I read about the dreaded "morning boob" but man! I was on the verge of tears. after the 5th or 6th day I was able to do a lot more like put dishes away wipe the counter & do basic day to day tasks. By the one week mark I was off the meds hopefully it helps with the bloat & water weight..I seriously look(ed) like I was 5 months prego not fun at all!
Over all I'm satisfied :)
