I have hated my breasts since they started developing. I have always felt like something was "wrong" with them; in fact, I've been researching breast augmentations for over 10 years now and decided that I was finally at the point in my life where it was feasible. I am hesitant to post pictures, but everything on this site has been incredibly helpful for me; I only help my story and pictures can help someone else!
I'm 5'2" and weigh around 140 pounds. Before surgery, I was wearing a Victoria's Secret 34C or 36B, but I don't feel like I ever really filled those cup sizes. I am not sure I could provide an accurate guess as to what my current size is, but it's definitely quite a bit larger!
I had 405CC Natrelle Inspira implants placed under the muscle and a circumareolar lift on 22 January. My surgery was at 1230pm, and I ended up leaving the surgery center around 3pm. I had prescriptions for Percocet, muscle relaxers, and a small anti-nausea patch (that was placed behind my ear prior to surgery). I feel like all of these were awesome at managing my pain and nausea. I am now 4 days out and just taking Tylenol (and my antibiotics) 3 times a day.
I know I'm still early in the healing process, but I am already enamored with my new breasts! I have never felt this kind of happiness with them before. I would recommend this procedure and my surgeon to anyone considering it, and I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!

Congrats! What's your cup size measuring now?

Wow your looking great. How is the pain in the nipple area were they cut around the areola?

Hey! I haven't really tried on any bras; I've mostly been wearing sports bras in size L or 36D. I'm hesitant to buy any bras because I know I've still got a lot of changing going on. I did, however, measure myself yesterday and based off measurements, I'm thinking I would be a 34DD. I don't really feel like they LOOK like what I had imagined a DD is :)

Hi! Thank you :) Pain was incredibly manageable. By day 6 or so, I was not even taking Tylenol. As for the incisions, they are still a little tender but not painful. Just kind of sore, I guess? I was shocked at how little the incisions hurt. Even when I would clean them with peroxide and use a qtip to apply bacitracin, there was just a slight stinging but nothing over the top.

Your results are amazing! How are you doing now? I'm scheduled for similar surgery in April. Would love to know how recovery has been this past month!

Hi! Thank you so much! I am doing great; I will post an update here in just a few minutes. Recovery has been really easy for me. My husband sees much more "progress" than I do, but I think it's because I look at them all day :)

Progress!

I just passed the 4-week mark yesterday, and I couldn't be happier!
My first post-op appointment was to remove the stitches, about 1 week after surgery. I was freaking out about this beforehand because I thought it would be painful and take forever. I couldn't have been more wrong. I took a couple Tylenol beforehand to ease the pain some. The nurse cleaned everything then started to remove the stitches. It stung a little and was a pretty annoying, but the whole thing was over in about 15 or 20 minutes.
At the second post-op appointment, another week later (2 weeks post-op), the nurse just looked at them, asked how I felt, and gave me some information (no teeth cleaning for the next 6 months, start taking a vitamin E supplement, use ScarGuard MD on the incisions twice a day, etc.).
At my 3rd post-op appointment (3 weeks post-op), I saw Dr. Mizuguchi again. He showed me how to do "massages" because my implants are still a little high. I put the word massage in quotes because it is basically just pressing the upper pole of my breasts downward using my full hand. Also, it's really not very pleasant (in my opinion!) but I know it's necessary so I keep at it and have my husband helping whenever possible. I got to ask him some questions and, as always, he was incredibly patient about it and answered everything thoroughly.
My breasts are already very soft and move just like natural breasts. The incisions are a little tender still, but they are fully healed; I've been using ScarGuard MD on them twice a day (you can probably see it a little in the photo). I'm starting to regain sensitivity in my nipples and they get hard as a response to cold, etc. which is a pretty recent development!
Please feel free to ask any questions! I know there' s a lot of negative info out there and negative reviews, but this is one of the best things I've ever done and I am incredibly happy. I just wish I had done this sooner and saved myself years of feeling badly about my body :)

I'm so glad I found your post. My breasts are exactly how yours were. I feel the same way you felt. Like there was something wrong. I really want your results. Most doctors tell me I need a full lift but literally yours are like mine. Areola size and everything.

Hey, girl! Glad you found my post helpful! The first doctor I visited didn't even mention a lift but I didn't feel very comfortable with him anyway. I ended up going with the second doctor I visited, but I was really disheartened when he told me I would need a vertical lift. After a ton of research on here, I found some beautiful results and didn't feel bad about it at all! Then, when I came out of surgery, my doctor told my husband I just did not have enough skin between the edge of my areola and my inframammary fold so he went with the circumareolar lift instead. I was a little relieved but I seriously think that I would have been happy with literally anything besides what I had before surgery :)
The pics, in my opinion, don't look nearly as good as they look in person. Whatever you and your surgeon go with, I'm sure you'll end up being super happy! Let me know if you have any questions, and good luck!
