the pain can be described as intense tightness and just plain being sore. It is completely manageable with the pain meds the doctor gives. I'm still pretty swollen, but so far the results are just what I wanted! I know the size of my breast now will go down after the swelling subsides. Salzman is absolutely amazing! I wanted to go bigger than what I got but Salzman told me if I went bigger then it wouldn't be proportional to my body size and he was right! Just had my surgery today so I'll post pictures once the bandage comes off
