My brachioplasty looks phenomenal. I am throughly impressed with the results after day 1. I will be sharing before and after photos once my wounds heal. I lost approximately 150 lbs over 6 years and have kept the weight off. Unfortunately, I had some residual flesh that needed to go. I have had a tummy tuck, breast lift, silicone breast implants, and now a beautifully executed arm lift. I will be using Dr. Calobrace for my thigh lift, which will be my final procedure post weight loss.

I believe I am healing well. I am in nursing school pursing my NP and went to lab less than 24hrs post op. I did take the rest of the month off of work though. I plan to return to work PRN the first week of August.

Hi there! I am new to this site and I saw your post. Your arms look fantastic! I had my brachioplasty a week ago Thursday and my arms are beautiful as well but of course very bruised. I am wondering if you have any itching and if so how are you dealing with it? For me the itching is deep inside my arm and it almost feels like there are little works crawling in there. As the days go by, the swelling I have had improves but that stinking itching is making me a bit crazy. I did speak with my surgeon and she believes the nerves are irritated. Her recommendation is to keep using the ice which does help a little and then gently massage them when they itch like that. I am headed for a Abdominalplasty, breast lift with augmentation, butt lift and thigh lift in the future but I am concerned I am going to struggle with this itching for all of them. Any thoughts?

Hello, I have had a little itching, nothing too bothersome though. I had a breast lift w/augmentation at the same time as my arms (7/19). I am struggling with the feeling of heaviness on my chest right now. I had an abdominoplasty in 2012, initial breast lift in 2013. I had so much breast droop (4+") it needed to be done in stages. My next surgery will be a thigh lift and Brazilian butt lift. Can you take a Benadryl for the itching?

I have been taking Benadryl every 4 hours for more than a week but because it is the nerves, it really doesn't help. Keeping them constantly iced and gentle massage is the only thing that seems to make it better. Any tips for dealing with that heaviness, keep me posted. I was kind of worried about that.
