I think if you go smaller you won't be happy. I have gel 800cc and I am happy with the implant size. My first ones (done in 1994) were 210cc and 230cc and I wished I had gone to 500cc. Don't worry about the cup size. Find pictures of others with similar body shapes/sizes. That will give you the best idea of the result. At 5'6 you could go even bigger without looking like "boobs on a stick." jmo

It is hard to tell without a full body photo but I would recommend high or UHP.. If you can do HP and fit the implants don't do less than 400cc. I love mine but I would still be happy if they were a little bigger. Majority of women wish they went bigger. I felt they were pretty big when I got them because it is such a huge change but after a month I bet you will be used to them and think they arent that big.

Are you doing under or over the muscle? I was obsessed with under because thats what everyone seems to have and get a more natural look but if you think your breasts are "super low" then it might be a good idea to go over the muscle because it will raise them more.. Talk to your PS they should give you the best advice!

i had just got my boobs done on monday. I am 5foot 2 inches tall and about 120 pounds and i got 500cc's in the left breats and 540cc's in the right breast and the first thing i said when i woke up was i should have gone bigger.. I have the HP i do love them but i just thought they looked way bigger as the sizers. but my doctor said they just seem to fit by body very well and that even if i wanted bigger they wouldn't have bn able to fit them in.. So i guess im happy with what i got .. but if you can fit more go with more thats if you want a nice size :)

what size of bra do u wear now ...i am 5 feet 6 133 lbs 34b and ur wish pics look more like 500 ccs n up .....

i am going for 550-575 if u look at my pictures ull have an idea

I can't really tell that one breast is significantly different form the other in your pictures but if you feel they are different, be sure to address this with your doctor. Often times, if you have any asymmetry prior to surgery, it will become accentuated post op. Doctors can often address this in surgery with different sized implants, etc.
