Loss of Lower Lip Volume 2 Months Post-op Sliding Genioplasty

I got a sliding genioplasty along with a rhinoplasty on October 25th, 2021. I've attached 2 images below showing my lips before and after this surgery. I was not informed that this loss of lower lip volume would be a risk of this surgery, and have been told that I should see preliminary results for the genioplasty by 3 months. However, I am not optimistic that this will be the case. Combined with my chin being slightly larger, I feel that my face and smile are incredibly distorted and I am anxious to have this resolve.
