I paid a large sum of money for Mona LIsa Treatments that did not work for me. Dr. Adie was sympathetic and apologetic but my request for a refund was met with a token refund which did not begin to make up the investment I made for almost no improvement. Be advised that this treatment does not work for everyone and do your research before committing. Insurance does not cover at all!

If you don't mind me asking, where in Los Gatos did you have the Mona Lisa touch treatment ?? I have had my second treatment and am having my 3rd in February at the Vital Health Institute there in Los Gatos. So far not what I had hoped for but I am no longer uncomfortable all the time like I have been for over a year(constant burning, itching and pain from urination and wiping are gone). No success in the sex department yet but sure am hoping for that. I am so sorry for you, It does scare me to invest so much and not have the success I so want in this whole thing.

Sorry about that. I included a link and I guess that's not acceptable. I went to Bay Area Gynecology. Dr Adie was very professional but the treatment did not work for me and they only gave me back a "token" refund. I wish you luck and hope you have good success.

I am about to embark on this journey. One thing I can't find out is this "Is one machine better over another?". It would be good to know which machine your doctor used. So sorry for you - I don't think these doctors really understand the distress we go through over this issue. Good luck..

Yes there is one better than the other . I can't remember the name but don't use the one that they originally used to use on your face. My Dr. told me that it is really bad because it is designed to sluff off a layer of skin. You don't want that to happen on such a delicate area already suffering from dryness and thinning.

You are getting conflicting and wrong info here. The only person who should be answering this particular question is the Gynecologist performing the procedure. There are also Gynecologists on this site who will respond to your concerns regarding the procedure factually. Good luck....

Finally a review that is the same for me. Improvement after 2 sessions, but back to terrible pain with intercourse again after the 3 rd. How could I improve, then have like a reversal after another treatment?

Did you have improvements in tightness? I did thermiva in Sydney and it was a waste of money.
