I'm having a mommy makeover on April 15th. I'm super excited but also nervous. Mostly nervous about going under anesthesia. My pre-op is April 7th! I have yet to decide on the brand or size of my silicone implants--I'm considering Sientra and Natrelle Inspira. I tried on 400cc sizers and liked them but I'm afraid of boob envy. But I think my PS is pretty conservative so I'll have to see what he says at the pre-op. Plus I'm pretty active so I don't want to be uncomfortable but again, I don't want to spend a ton of money and wish I would have gone bigger. As for my tummy tuck-- cannot wait! My first baby was 8lbs and my second was 10lbs! I strongly dislike my stretch marks and my protruding gut--especially because my stomach sticks out further than my deflated breasts. I'm already a big girl with an athletic build (5'4"; 165lbs) and deflated breasts and big belly is not a good look on me! Any advice/feedback you ladies have about pre and post surgery with little kids and regarding implants and your experiences with choosing the right size is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

So I had my surgery yesterday! It took a lot longer for my epidural to wear off--5.5 Hours versus the normal 1.5 hours. But everything else went smoothly. My pain isn't too bad--just when I get in and out of bed. I did have to cough And that was torture. It was hot today and I had a fever of 100.1. We called my PS and are waiting for a call back. Hope the fever is not an indication of something bad. Anyone have experience with a low grade fever? I'm still in all of my binders and garmets so I haven't see how anything looks. I got 405cc natrelle inspira implants and a drainless tummy tuck with quilting stitches. I don't feel regretful about anything but it sure is hard to prepare for this type of pain. Off to take some Valium and pain meds.

Today is much better than yesterday! Pain is subsiding and I was able to get in and out of bed on my own. I've been walking around every couple of hours--the kids are handling everything well. I would like to get off the narcotics but I think I try that tomorrow. I took a peek at the girls and they look as expected--high and weirdly shaped. I know I just need to be patient and that they'll look much better once they start dropping into place. My post op is tomorrow so I hope everything goes well.
