I had nice boobs pre-babies (a mid C). Then went up to a DD while nursing, back down to an A and then back UP to a DD while nursing my second and finally now that I'm done having kids they went down to a very sad AA (I call them my sock boobs). Basically I had NO tissue left. I'm done with kids and decided I was READY! I got 280cc on both sides (SO GLAD I WENT CONSERVATIVE) and although I'm only 2 days post op I'm in love. I look down and see myself again. This was a BIG decision for me but after multiple surgeons, lift or no lift options, etc etc what we decided on was PERFECT. Feel free to ask me any questions-I'll answer anything!

what are your stats? I have a small frame as well, and after nursing 3 babies i can definately relate to the sock boob lol. I think you still have more tissue that i do though... I think you chose the perfect size!

The doc said I had next to no tissue. It was basically skin. That's why he went under the muscle (otherwise you get a "rippling" look because there is nothing to hid it) It's hard to get a feel in pictures. You would literally have to "feel" :P You can see one of my boobs has even less tissue than the other and almost no fold. Instead of two different sized implants we decided to stick with the same one. Breasts are imperfect on their own-that's just natural. Trying to put in different sizes risks you have breasts that look even MORE different than before because you simply cannot know how they will heal with different sizes.

Thanks! :) (no feel necessary lol!) Can you keep us posted as you heal?

For sure. Next post op is Wednesday. I'm not needing the pain meds but when I get up after lying down for a while HOLY sore :p

Updated details:

-Natrelle "Gummy Bear" Silicon style 410 tear drop shaped implants-aaaaaazing
http://www.natrelle.com/410_landing.aspx

28 years old -5'2"; 113lbs; small frame and did NOT want to look unnatural.

She placed them partially under the muscle (sub pectoral) SO happy about this choice. I was very concerned about the "pocket" as my friend who has hers done hates the fact that her surgeon didn't make the proper pocket for the implant giving her that look where the implant pops out and looks like it's rising into her neck (does that make sense?) just very very unnatural. I had very very little breast tissue left over from nursing but opted out of a lift or a nipple lift of any kind per her advice (another surgeon suggested this) and I'm SO glad I went with her advice.

Going under the fold as opposed to an armpit incision was also hugely beneficial to me for look and recovery time.

280cc on both sides and they look flawless -not tiny at all! Everyone says go little bigger-NO!!!! BAD ADVICE! I can't stress enough how I wanted a natural look. I wanted back what I had-I didn't need to look like a car model (not that anything is wrong with that but you know what I mean lol). I also like wearing form fitted clothing and again just wanted to look a little curvy and proportioned again.

Very important fact was the fact that I got the "gummy gear" style saline implant. Oh my gosh I'm SO happy I spent a little more to get that style.

Meds post op will constipated you- I had my husband feed me juices (the homemade protein ones with fresh fruit and veggies) and it. "Worked" like a charm ;-)

Ask away for shy questions.

You said another surgeon suggested a breast lift/nipple lift but she suggested you didn't need one. Did she explain why you didn't need one? I am considering augmentation and one surgeon I met with suggested the lift which I'm not too thrilled about.

You look SO natural and it seems like you are healing very quickly! I also wanted to look as natural as possible and I am happy I didn't second my decision and go bigger. You will continue to look even more amazing as time goes on...
