Acceptance: big improvement over my natural boobs

It's been about nine months since surgery. The disappointment in size choice has diminished somewhat. I still wish they were a little bigger -- like 300-325cc rather than 280 -- but they are a big improvement over what I had naturally. You'll notice from the pictures I have no cleavage unless I wear double padded bras. This is the Victoria's Secret Dream Angels Push-Up. It gives me the look I want for when I'm wearing clothes. I guess the upside is that I shouldn't have to worry about this little boobs giving me back pain. They are cute. So be it.

Hi,
I went 280cc natrelle with dr creasman in LG in January of this year. he was amazing. I went through the same back and forth regarding size after mine settled in. I wanted them to look natural and that's exactly what he did. No one can tell I have implants. If I would have gone any larger they would have looked fake, I do also find comfort in wearing a padded bra too. It's great you were able to go back to running so quickly, I had to wait due to having a lift as well. My concern now is going hard core cardio again and weight loss will probably reduce the size and that it not what I want. I think you look fantastic!
Thank you. I am getting more comfortable with the size. I do think they look proportionate in a double-padded bra. Oh, well. I'm way happier than I was before.

How the implants feel after four months
I'd be lying if I said I don't think about my poor decision making on implant size almost every day. I should have gone 300cc, probably 325cc if the implants could fit. I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds.
The implants still are painful a few times a day, and other weeks, they hurt every few days. They always hurt for the first 10 minutes of my runs. I'm not sure if the pain goes away, or I just get used to it. The pain is more nerve-regeneration related, which doctors say can take months or years to go away.
The pain isn't enough for me to regret the implants. I'm much happier with my boobs now than I was for the past 30 years. But I do still wear double-padded bras to get the look I want in my clothes, and I am not crazy about how my breasts look when naked. Spend $8K, and you should be focusing a lot of energy on making sure the size is right. I still can't believe I didn't do that!

I'm so glad you shared this my bra size is 32a and I'm getting 500cc gummy bear implants people are saying I'm nuts because it will look fake..but it's what I want!
I am having surgery with dr. Liu in 2 weeks! At first I was going to get 285cc, but he changed his mind and said 255cc Max because it won't fit. (I'm 5'4, 130lbs). I'm afraid that 255 will be too small, but anything is better than what I have now at this point. I just don't want boob greed. How do you like the shaped implants?
I recently went to Europe and bought a few bras there. The Europeans LOVE their small, perky breasts and the sales lady almost passed out when I said I was a DD. LOL! I eventually fitted into a European E (WTF!) and she said "Wow, we don't sell many of that size!". I didn't think that my 475cc breasts were big at all, but clearly they are in European sizes. ;)) Perhaps TOO big!
