Over the Moon Happy That I Finally Did This :)

I am 35 years old and my nose has bothered me my entire life. I finally was at a financial point where I was able to afford rhinoplasty. I had just moved to LA, land of plastic surgery so I started researching. I can't exactly recall how I found profiles but I scheduled a consultation and went in sweaty palmed.
My consultation was with both Drs. Litner and Solieman. They both had phenomenal bedside manner and were incredibly patient with my barrage of questions. They put me at ease so quickly and talked through every single aspect and potential outcome of rhino.
It was an easy choice for me, I went and worked with B (the most lovable and fun office manager you will ever meet) on payments, etc.
Day of surgery: it was actually great - which is a strange thing to say about major surgery. They came and greeted me with a warm blanket while I waited, then off to the surgical suite. The nurses were so kind and the anesthesiologist was gentle and friendly. Before I knew it we were all done.
My recovery was normal per everything I read online, not painful AT ALL the first few days, very clogged up, not able to sleep well. The only issue I had post one week that wasn't the majority was I still can't breathe through my nose or smell very well but using Flonaise to counter that for now. When, a few weeks post op, I still couldn't breathe and started to panic I went in and Dr. Litner was SO patient with my worries and wasn't condescending (some surgeons are) at all.
My nose: looks GREAT! The profile heals first (as I now know) so my profile is cute and much smaller. The tip is still swollen and I am sure you have read, it takes ~a year to fully have your new nose shape.
I LOVED these surgeons, I will always recommend everyone to them as I am so happy I finally did this and will never regret my choice. I had such a great experience that I am now going to see them for some botox light soon :).
Again, if you are even considering rhinoplasty, take the time to go consult with this practice, you will be very happy you did!

It would be nice to see before and after pictures. I, unfortunately, had very unsightly results from these two surgeons. I had a very visible radix graft, retracted columella and nostrils, and my nose was too short. I ended up having a satisfactory revision with another well-known Beverly Hills doctor. I am very happy that your experience was different and that you are happy. I ended up not contacting real patients and going only on reviews and that was a mistake. It is always important to confirm your sources and touch base with real patients. Reviews made by posters who have only one review with no photos make it difficult for people to verify.
Thanks for sharing - your experience sounds amazing!
