Hi Ladies!! Hoping you can help me. I've been searching for over a year! Have any of you had an extended tummy tuck, with results that improved your upper outer thighs? I have loose skin, but not enough to do the full thigh lift. I get improvement in my thighs by just lifting my lower belly. I've been to a few surgeons and some of recommended a tummy tuck would help. I'm just so confused because I don't see any reviews out there. I don't want to spend the extra money tummy tuck and pubic lift if it won't give the results I'm told. I had a breast lift/reduction with lipo to arms, thighs, flanks and I think it only made my thighs worse. Which the PS said it wouldn't. I'm really hoping I can find a PS in the So Cal area.

Hi! I saw your review and wanted to say welcome to RS! Please read my review- I'm now at 5weeks post op! I have a great Dr in So Cal. (Dr K) I've had 3 surgical procedures with him and couldn't be happier! I travel 4 1/2 hours to see him because I trust him and he's an incredible Dr who takes pride with his work!

Hi Ms. Kmj15. Thank you for responding to me. I just saw your review and WOW!!! You look amazing and the thigh light incisions look perfectly placed. Actually all the work your PS did looks really really good! You've given me hope!! :) I had looked at the medial thigh lift 3 years ago and didn't see enough info on it. Now that I've seen your review, I'm hopeful. :)

Thanks, I'm very happy with all my results, and everything looks natural! It was hard for me to find info also ( on TL) but my legs are my biggest issue! Since I'm borderline perfectionist, I asked Dr K about Labia spreading, and he explained how he does the procedure. It's a scary thing and honestly if I didn't have the great results from my past surgeries with him I might not have gone thru with it.. I'm SOO happy that I did!! I believe that scar migration depends on "that" person.. If they take the time to rest and heal during the first 6 weeks of post op. It gives the tissue time to reconnect and form the scar tissue to keep it in place. As of right now everything's in place!

I hope you continue to see positive results as you heal. I know each persons body is different and each of us will heal differently and possibly with different results. I just wish there was more reviews 1 -2 years post medial thigh lifts. I was discouraged by a few PS, instead they recommended that a full tummy tuck with pubic lift would help my upper thighs. One of the PS did my breast reduction/lift and lipo... I'm not completely happy with my results and I feel I paid too much. I'm a little "gun shy" but I really want to find a PS who's not only about money but cares too! I will start making my appointments and will meet with Dr. K. His website doesn't have many photos, I hope he has more in his office.

Search Dr Troy Anderson in Ontario his last name is spelt different.
Welcome to the community. That's a tough one to decide. I had the tummy tuck and it didn't seem to change my outer upper thighs at all.. I did have lipo in that area so it smoothed out a little bit. My doctor did advise against the lipo on the inner thighs though. He said it would cause more loose skin.
Yes he did pull the skin down, and also lifted the pubic area. Best results ever:)
