Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

2nd revision

this whole process was a pain in the ass. they decided to add 2 more months so this is my 3rd week. i started in feb and now it’s nov 6. i got 2 revisions and waited 4 to 6 weeks each time. i see a little improvement bc one of my tooth wasn’t moving and it doesn’t hurt so im not sure what to say about it just yet

update

ok it took 3 months to get my mid correction aligners! but here’s the images from day one, half way through and current (july 8)

Final results

I am not happy with those results. Two months ago I got re-fitted but I never received the aligners. I had to make a stop payment until I receive them. If you’re going to spend $1800 you’re better off spending a little extra with in invisiligne and not smile direct club. I’m going to have to fight the company so I can either get my money back or get a new tray until I get what I want. I want what I paid for. Customer service sucks and communication is terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.
