Even when I was in college and weighed 108lbs at 5'5", I always had a little pouch on my lower stomach. I prefer my legs, arms, hips, butt, etc at a healthier weight of 125-130, and have struggled to keep my weight below 120 as I've gotten older. I really did not want to constantly starve myself and have no curves in order to have a slightly flatter stomach, so I looked into laser contouring to target my midsection. I have gone to Rejuva and Dr. Karimi for years for hydrafacials, broadband light facials, botox, fillers, and microneedling. They are so focused on quality results that when Sculpsure became available there, I knew it had to be something that was worth it. I had two lower abdominal treatments, and then two flank treatments afterwards. You have to wait 6 weeks in between treatments, and 6-12 weeks after each treatment to observe the results. I just had my second flank treatment last week, and will post more photos once I go for the after photos in a month or so. I am so glad I sprung for this, and I cannot tell you how elated I am over the results.
The reason I sought out Sculpsure over Coolsculpting is because you literally cannot tell that anything has been done immediately after a session with Sculpsure. Coolsculpting sucks the fat in, and the treated area becomes extremely swollen and unsightly. With Sculpsure, the laser gets secured against the skin with a belt and does not cause any change in color or swelling at all. After the laser comes off, you would never be able to tell I had the procedure done. Additionally, a Sculpsure treatment takes about half the time (25 minutes) and supposedly hurts a lot less. They said it takes 2-3 treatments to get a full result, but I saw a knock-your-socks-off result after only two. If I had to go back in time, I only wish I had done it sooner.
