Hi everyone! So I got my eyebrows done yesterday. I used to have pretty thick eyebrows growing up, but throughout the years I definitely have gone overboard with the plucking so I've been growing my eyebrows out recently. My left eyebrow has had a scar in it since I was a child, and i mainly got this procedure done to even my eyebrows out. The scar would cut through my eyebrow and make it seem way higher and thinner than my other one. So since yesterday, my eyebrows have gotten SOO much darker. I'm really panicking that it will look like this. Can anyone else who has experienced this give me advice. should i start applying a saline solution to help remove the pigment? I currently have a coconut oil on it (eyebrows look oily in the picture bc of that too)

since its so fresh, ive been torn on whether or not i should but i only put it on a few times. i'm going to let it heal and hope it gets lighter. everyone says it will get lighter but since mine got so dark and thick looking i'm paranoid. im sure yours will heal too! let me know how it goes for you

Your brows will be dark for a few days after the procedure but they will lighten up about 40% once they are completely healed. Don't put the saline solution on it.

I'm still freaking out. So I decided to get my hair cut to cover up my brows. I won't put anymore coconut oil on them and as I'm hoping that helps. I'm an African-American who dyes my hair blonde so these darkest brown brows look like I painted them on. My daughters say they are perfect and they thought I decided to use black eye pencil instead of brown, otherwise they like them (but of course they're 16 and 12 so...). I hope you heal lighter. I will check back on your page for an update.
