My Journey and Tranformation.

In 2009, I had a BBL with a surgeon in NYC where I live, while he did give me the but, I've always wanted, he was way to aggressive in removing to much fat from both my hips and the area right above my left hip, which left a indention, which could be seen through my clothes, he also left me very "boxy" I was depressed and totally miserable and felt ashamed for having the procedure done in the first place, after a couple of years I started researching plastic surgeons on line to find out if this could be corrected, after researching and researching I came across Dr. Kenneth Hughes website and liked what I saw (pictures) and liked the reviews that I read.. (also messaged a young lady who had the most recent procedure, performed by Dr. Hughes) I called Dr. Hugh's office, spoke with him, and told him what had happened in 2009. He asked me to send photos in which I did, he called me back and said that he could correct the "deformity" On 9/12/16, I flew out to California, met with him the day before the surgery, believe me when I tell you how nervous and apprehensive I was, I thought, what if I come out looking worst than before, but I was willing to "roll the dice".. after reading some negative reviews in regard to Dr. Hughes demeanor, e.g.," he's not the friendliest person in the world" so what, I wasn't going to him for drinks and we weren't going to tango after drinks.. when Dr. Hughes walked into the office he had a smile that lit up the room, he was friendly, talkative, patient, and highly professional.. sorry guys, sure you were speaking with Dr. Kenneth Hughes when some of you said that he appeared rigid and stand offish, neither did he try to sell me any other procedure, nothing! I didn't see that at all. Post surgery, I was sooooooo sore....and felt like a heavy machine was dropped on my body, painful.. yes, the next day was a little better than the day before and the next day was a little better than the day before that. I couldn't wait to see my results, the indention was not 100% the way I would have wanted it, but it was 97% better, you could no longer see the deformity in my clothes, Dr. Hughes also gave me a waistline, and a SHAPE! I was completely blown away by the transformation of my body and extremely pleased.. I went in looking totally "boxy" and "boyish" and now have a very feminine shape.. Oh yeah, his parents are thee nicest and friendliest people on earth, they were in the office for my pre surgery and post surgery... Lorena is the best!. Staff was professional, except for one women, I didn't get her name, and don't care to know her name at this point..but she would fluctuate between being nice and being nasty, although it was mostly non verbal, it was her attitude.. office is 'IMMACULATE" reception area, very clean and very comfortable. Overall, I give the doctor 5 stars, was I made "perfect" no.. but he did much more, by shaping me, and giving me the body that I have always wanted.. Dr. Hughes skills, went beyond my expectations,
and for that, I will be forever grateful!. Last but not least, I traveled alone and had a nurse to look after me, her name was Lena, (referred by Lorena) Lena was the kindest, nicest, most professional young lady, she picked me up for the surgery and drove me home, post surgery, Lena also drove me to pick up prescriptions, Lena would drive me to the store and drive me back to my hotel, and assist with getting me into my room, bathroom etc.... if you're traveling alone, and need someone to help you, you can get in contact with Lena through (Lorena) from Dr. Hughes office.. Thank you Lena for taking very, very good care of me..
