WORTH IT
After extensive research at other hair transplant institutes, it was very clear to me that at the New Hair Institute, I would receive by far the most honest evaluation, dedicate service, and value for my hard-earned money. This place let me feel like family from the beginning to the end.
When having hair transplant procedure, a person must trust his surgeon and his staff completely. This very delicate process requires years of skill and experience.

The first thing that impressed me at NHI was the fact that the surgeon himself and not a salesperson saw me unlike the other medical offices. Dr. Rassman was very straightforward regarding my results, expectation, and my budget. After careful review, Dr. Rassman gave me his honest opinion and recommendations of what to expect and what would be the cost, no "low ball" games, or gimmicks. To my surprise, I was offered to meet other patients who went through the same procedure (again; unlike other medical offices). I even had the opportunity to observe live surgery. All of the above helped me make the right decision to my complete satisfaction. Now, years after my procedures I have my own hair in place, and very grateful to the Dr. Rassman and his devoted staff.
