3 1/2 month fat transfer/ revision lipo update

Hi all, just wanted to give you guys a quick update and some pictures of my results now that I'm at the 3 1/2 post lipo revision/ fat transfer by Dr. Svehlak.
The swelling has totally subsided and I'm really happy with the results! It's pretty much exactly what Svehlak said it would be- better, but not perfect. I'm aware that I was BOTCHED pretty badly so I will never be 100% perfect, but I'm A LOT better, and I'm very grateful for that.
The massive dents on my arms are gone. Everywhere except my left arm, which was the worst, is SO much better! My left arm has a some mild irregularities still and a couple of little hard lumps which he warned me could happen. I've been massaging them and they're getting better, but it's still a little visible, especially under certain lights. I would honestly say that there is a decent chance I will need one more small revision on that left arm, due to how badly it was botched.
Overall, I'm thrilled with my decision to go to Svehlak and I think he did a really great job! My inner & outer thighs, flank area, arms, and abdomen= HUGE improvement.
Sorry the pictures are not better quality, I took them with my camera phone and it was hard to get a great shot, but hopefully it will provide a little more insight as to the results. More to follow later!

You look great! Did you have any loose skin in the arms? Do you have any now in any area? Is everything smooth? Where did he transfer fat from and to? Did you get fat put back in all spots that had dents or just your arms? Did he use all your fat (I mean, why waste any)? Thank you for this review. I really need to fix my arms. They are worse than yours. :(

Hi, yes I did have some loose skin on the arms because they had been so over done. But now that the fat has been transferred back into my arms, the loose skin has subsided. They are finally pretty close to looking normal! The fat was taken from my legs and lower back. Dr Svehlak is amazing. I wish you the best with your arms.

I just had my BBL, arm lipo and flanks, abdomen and inner thighs done by dr svehlak. I am darker skinned and surprised how little scarring i have. It os also very smooth buy i'm only 4 days post op and still bruised. He advised me to lay flat so my tummy can stay flat with the foam pad and compression garment. How long did you wear the compression garment and foam for your tummy?

I think he said to wear the foam for 10-14 days, but I wish I had kept it in there for longer. I have one little minor dent from where the zipper from the garment was... It is so minor though & still a huge improvement. Sleeping on tummy is great advice!

Also, congrats on your work w Svehlak! I hope you are as happy as I am, I just think he is the best. : )
