The procedure definitely works. Since the procedure, I went on to lose 3% bodyfat by way of exercise and diet. My stomach was flat like it was in high school. I then gained a little bit of weight back, about 5-8 pounds, and the treated area did not put on as much fat as the other parts if my body. I won't lie, I did gain weight in my midsection, but in the untreated areas. The treated area appears to be the area that increased the least in fat/size. I would definitely do it again. I didn't experience any pain post procedure. It was very well tolerated.

Had procedure done on 1/24/13 with the small applicator on my lower abdomen. I am 5'2" and now 118 lbs. I was 146 lbs at one point and that was not acceptable to me. i had to make a change. I work out 4-5 days a week; cardio, resistance training, bikram yoga. I train with a personal trainer once a week and consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I cycle between a pretty hardcore clean diet and "eating in moderation" Except, I couldn't get rid of the stubborn stomach flub. I am able to tone other areas of my body, but not my lower stomach area. That's why I decided to get coolsculpting done. It has been exactly one week since the procedure. The only real pain I felt was IMMEDIATELY following the procedure when the fat was thawing. Afterwards, there was never any intolerable pain. I experienced some tingling "pins and needles" feelings and "buzzing" feelings, but nothing that I would run home about. I read many reviews before getting it done and a lot of the reviews talked about this excruciating pain, bruising, and swelling. That isn't the case for me. The treated area is a bit tender, but there is no swelling or bruising at all. I could have worked out the next day if i wanted to. I am hoping for really good results given how well my body has tolerated the procedure. We will see in a few weeks and over the next couple months how it turns out. Hoping for the best....

Dr. Rahimi is nice and did not give a stuck up vibe. He answered all my questions, but I was left a little clueless about the process until it was happening. I started to feel rush towards the end. Maybe my fault because I took forever getting ready for the procedure. The procedure was a bit messy when the gel sheet was applied. I wish I was given something to cover my undergarment a little better. The office was nothing special. It was just a place to get the procedure done. It wasn't cozy or nice. Dr. Rahimi was running around attending to other patients when I was done so I did not get to meet with him again afterwards. I wish he provided the opportunity for that.
