documentation of my breast reduction

MY SURGERY IS HAPPENING JUNE 3RD AND I AM THE HAPPIEST PERSON ALIVE RIGHT NOW.

I went into my consultation and it was in Laguna Beach a really nice town on the water and It was a super fancy office and they had really sweet customer service ladies. I went into the consult and they checked everything out and measured and they told me they could give me a discount price from 9,000 to to 8,000 and they could get another 1,000 off it I got some guy we knew to call them and recommend me for a further discount. They also took my insurance and said that I had a good shot of getting an additional 2,000 off since they would be taking out around 500 grams of fat and the fact that its caused minor scoliosis. (sorry for the lack of specifics I'm not great at the whole doctor thing) Anyways they told me that they would contact my insurance company and I would have more information within a couple of days. So a couple days later they called and my insurance covered everything but a 1,500 dollar deductible! I'm super excited and I have to get the surgery before June 6th or the offer expires, I'm so hyped! I'll update when I get the surgery date!

I'm hella excited and nervous at the same time, do you guys have any advice on what kind of questions I should ask?? It would help enormously!
