Hello RS Ladies
I barely found this website about a month ago, hence why I am writing my review now. A little about me...I am a petite Latina. I'm 5'3, 118 pounds and was a 32A. I always wanted to get my boobs done but I wasn't in a rush to get them. Somehow I have always felt guilty spending money on myself so I didn't want to be selfish and spend the money on a procedure instead of helping out my family.
I am 28 years old now and back when I was 19 I lived with a roommate. We were both flat chested and we always talked about getting BA. Well eventually she did hers like two years later and I absolutely loved her results. You know how you always talk about getting something done and when someone you know does it, it just motivated you to go through with it? Well that's how I felt. But I waited 6 more years after that lol.
I told all my friends about it at the time and I even recommended my roommate's doctor to two friends and my sister. They got it done there way before I did.
My boyfriend had told me that once I graduated, he would pay for my surgery. Well that day came and went and nothing happened but I didn't want to pressure him because I knew we had other things to pay for. I got a better job after that so I figured I would pay for it and finally treat myself for all my hard work.
I contacted Dr. Glick in the Orange County area where my roommate went. I spoke with Jalynne from the office and she told me the price for everything except pain medication would be $3,500. I told her that I had referred three people to their office and asked if I could get some kind of discount. After going back and forth she said that they could only discount $200 from my total cost to cover my travel expenses since I live 6 hours away. I guess that's better than nothing. So I scheduled my surgery for a month after that. I sent my pictures and she sent my paperwork to do my blood work back home to get everything rolling.
The day of the surgery I went in for the first time and met with my doctor. They took me back thinking that I would get a chance to try on some sizers but they were ready to operate on me. I told Dr. Glick that I wanted to be a full C . I just wanted something natural looking and I wanted the incision on my nipple. He told me that because I have nipple piercings, it would be better to do the incision on the crease so that it wouldn't get infected. Of course I had to take them out before the surgery but he said that he would put strings through my nipples so that my piercing wouldn't close. I wish I would have known that sooner so that I would have taken them off months before.
Anyways, I was taken to the back for my surgery and I knocked out super fast. I guess the whole night of driving helped put me out faster. Next thing I know I woke up with boobies. I had saline implants, moderate profile with 450 cc on my left and 460 cc on my right boob. The pain medication was $80 but my insurance covered it so I didn't pay out of pocket.
That afternoon I wasn't in too much pain but the day after was horrible. Somehow I thought it wouldn't be this bad. My sister was able to go back to work 3 days later. I think she was able to recover faster because she had a kid and breast fed but I was flat chested and had always been skinny. It definitely took me longer than I thought I would take to recover. I missed a whole week from work but I needed the rest. I slept most of the time the first few days but my back was killing me. Honestly after the second day I was kind of regretting having it done and just wanted them out. That's how bad I felt but I had to keep reminding myself that it would all be worth it.
Its been six months now since my surgery. I'm happy that I finally went through with it. I went to Victoria Secret and they measured me at 32 DDD. I thought that was a bit big. I been told they measure you big but all manufactures make they bras a little different. For the most part when I buy bras outside of VS, 32 D fits me pretty well. The only problem that I have with my boobs is that one of my nipples is higher than the other one and I still think my left boob looks a little smaller. I know I had that problem before my surgery but the whole point of getting BA is to not only get them bigger but to correct those things. I told my concerns to Dr. Glick when I went for my month follow up and he said to give it some time and if it didn't correct itself he would fix it. Time did help it a bit but I still think it needs to be fixed. I'm planning to go soon and have a check up so I'll keep you posted.
I'll leave you with some pictures. I change my hair style a lot and often so all of those are me just in case you're wondering.

February 6, 2015
Thank you. Yes I have sensation now. Everything is almost back to normal.

Your boobs look hot and your scars are healing nicely!! Since you went 450/460 saline, do you get any ripples or no? How's the movement?
February 25, 2015
Thank you. I have no ripples at all no matter what position I'm in. They bounce when they're supposed to lol. They have movement.

They look really good. Great surgeon. I am having mine done in May...saline - unders, 425cc suggested, I think you said you used 450cc, thats encouraging, and I'm inclined to go that size. I'm taller than you and a bit thicker, like 150 lbs, but shapely. I am so excited and anxious, can hardly stand the two month wait. Will post before and after pics later, thanks soooo much for sharing.

Oh cool. That's coming up soon. Well I'm excited for you. Make sure you take wish pics to the doctor. It helps them to visualize what you are looking for. Good luck.

March 22, 2015
Ok thanks, and yep I am taking some wish pics, and I hope you don't mind, but your results will be included on my wish list.. :-)

Don't mind at all. Whatever helps you. I'll be sure to follow your journey.

2 Day Post Op Pics
lilbuttspicyFebruary 4, 2015
I was able to find these 2 day post-op pics. Since my nipples were sensitive after surgery, I waited about two weeks to reinsert my piercings. I used a numbing gel that I had bought at a passion party for my nipples before even trying to put my piercings back on haha. It worked lol. Didn't feel a thing ;)

I absolutley love love your results! So perky and natural. I am 5'1 weigh 117 and was thinking of saline mod+ 300-350 cc's to achieve a small D, but now I see your results and thinking twice!! What do you think?
April 6, 2015
Well thank you. I think it depends on how much boobs you already have to begin with. As you can see I had absolutely nothing. What are you thinking twice about?
April 4, 2015
Are you sure you got moderate profile or moderate plus
April 6, 2015
Hmm I'm not sure now that you're asking. I think it was moderate. Does moderate plus make a difference?

April 8, 2015
I think moderate plus is wider, and not so pointy. Moderate is a little wide, but not as wide as the plus, and not high and pointy, more jutting forward like the HP high profile. I love the moderate plus and that is what I plan to get. I thought I wanted the high profile but now that I have educated myself a little more, for the look I want to achieve it is the moderate plus which I think you have ms. spicy
