Post Op Day 6
Advice to others getting this surgery. Get cepacol throat lozenges so u can drink and eat. Cold creamy yogurt, berries and water. Neck pillows, heating pad, wide straws, pill cutter, breakfast in bed tray with legs, lots of pillows. Get one size bigger sports bras too (I bought like 6 Larges) needed XL for swelling so I've only worn the bra they gave me and the bra band I bought.
Post Op Day 5
I had to see my doc bc we noticed a large and painful bruise under my breast even though incisions were done around the nipple. Can breathe a bit better now that he took the mustache gauze off and trimmed the stitches. Doctor said the bruise was not a blood clot thankfully. Hurts but glad it wasn't anything too serious. Will get the splint off in 2 days. Also going to another juvaderm lip injections bc after I got them I wanted bigger plus now that my nose tip has been lifted the space between my nose and upper lip is too big. I want to make it a bit more proportional.
Post Op Day 4
I realized my migraine like headache could be from caffeine coffee withdrawal! So I had a cup of coffee also trying to have a BM. My headache subsided but my bowels not so much. Bloated. Still not wanting to eat much. No appetite and hurts my throat so bad. Liquids but no soups like I thought I would want. Water, pineapple green juice, egg whites, blueberries, yogurt. I lost about 3 pounds since they weighed me before surgery. Including my boobs !
