It's a little tuff came back to work and it's hard not being able to sit and standing makes my butt and legs feel stiff. I tried sitting with the help pillow but can't seem to get comfortable or find the right position to sit

Hello ladies,

It's been a while since Ive been on kept up with everyone journey been so busy with school and work I don't even have time to think. I'm surgey is around the corner and I'm so unprepared :( this month has the best the worse /busiest yet.
Need some help/tips of what stuff I need to prepare the thing I do not want to happen iso come the day of sx I have nothing I really need.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I will be posting pics soon for you guys :)
I haven't weighed myself in about9 months to be honest. So I'm not to sure my weight as of now I will updated you gals once I post pics :)

Locked in my surgery date!

Can't belive this is happening I locked in my surgery date April 20th. I'm so excited !! Dr.hazani and his team are amazing super nice and attentive!
Happy birthday to me ! 19 days after my bday a gift to myself!!


Any helpful information would be great! Like what should I buy , things I need to prepare?

Yes I'm about 25 mins away without LA traffic :)
Gotcha. So you mean supplies to have at home then?
Yes supplies for when I'm home? Any suggestions? Tips to make recovery easier.
Anica tabs and gel, bromelain, a couple cotton tanks or Cami's, larger than normal cotton panties (I got briefs), extension cord for phone cuz you don't want to keep getting up, strap cushion pads for the garment (kills your shoulders), wipes for toileting, I like using oils so I use argan oil with some lavender and helichrysam to massage bruised and swollen skin...
Oh and I loved having lots of different types of pillows it's hard to get comfortable.

I really wanted something sooner! I too am doing this as a bday gift for myself. Sx 4/11 my bday 4/21 hopefully ill be someone recovered by then lol!
Just by reading alot of review you can figure things that you need. I would recommending all the main important things.. Like vitamins, abdominal boards, extra fajas, arnicare products for bruising.. But by reading reviews it has helped me alot to prepare. Lucky you are local and not traveling!
