Bbl with Dr Sej Patel

So I had my daughter Aug 2015. I have never had a butt, I had a very square shape. I got my quote from him and also inquired about a TT. He said a TT would just make me look "normal" his Bbl would make me look like "daaaamn". So I opted for the bbl. Talking to him via phone, he seemed very down to earth.
I asked him about the pain, he said it would be like a 5/10.... Boy was he wrong...
Oh yeah and he said I didn't have to stay in the area after, I could drive down morning of and drive back same day(I live in Northen CA, 6 hour drive.)
I did my preop labs no problem. My hemoglobin was 13.
When I got to his office the day of the procedure, the girl at the desk was friendly and smiling. She was the only friendly one.
The staff who were actually assisting during the procedure were unfriendly. When they asked me if I wanted to be on snapchat I said no. The nurse/scrub tech?(they never introduced themselves or identified their roles) she said I would have to have a good reason since that's how he advertises. There was also an issue with the antibiotic I was going to use since I was still breastfeeding. Which I had called and confirmed prior a few weeks ago that I would use a different one. The staff couldn't figure it out and seemed irritated that I wanted a different antibiotic. They kept calling the DR on the phone and looking pissed.
The Dr finally arrived. He marked me up. I agreed to so snapchat, as long as my tattoos weren't in the pic.
Everything went so fast from that point. He was very careful about keeping a sterile field, I will give him that much.
The next thing I remember is waking up and in pain. The girl put me in a wheelchair and put me in my rental van in the backseat and my friend started the long drive back home.
The pain was awful. I fell asleep and woke up a few hours later, sweaty, and when I lifted my head my ears would go deaf like they were clogged. I finally arrived home after the long car ride. I couldn't even walk up the stairs. Thanks goodness they left the catheter in so I didn't have to get up and use the restroom.
I laid in my bed with my feet hanging over because I couldn't get myself into bed promptly because of the pain. The pain meds he prescribed weren't enough.
I was pale, dizzy when I would try and stand and still would get the clogging/deafness in my ears 4 days later. I finally went to the ER and had to have a transfusion my hemoglobin was at a 7.
He did a 2 wk follow up via facetime. Haven't heard from him since then, even after I was told his assistant would call to do a 6 wk follow up.
My results are awful. My hips are uneven and when I told him and showed him via FaceTime he said it was my bones.. Nice way to try and blame me. This should have came up in the consult, if that was the case. I know my stomach would still need a tummy tuck( I lost 60 lbs prior to my last pregnancy)
But come on, almost 30k for a bbl with not enough projection, still have a lot of back fat and uneven hips. And when he asked to see my abdomen on FaceTime i mumbled to myself "how do u do that" since it was on frontward facing camera and he said "just turn it down, what the [RS bleep]"
So unprofessional. Results are not what I expected. Btw I am 5 ft starting weight 140 lbs.
Don't get me wrong, I have a butt now. But I wanted a more shapely butt with more projection and symmetrical hips. I also have a bulge on my stomach above my belly button. So not cute. I will be doing my round 2 in DR if I am brave enough with Duran or Blinksi in Miami. So sad I paid so much for mediocre service. Not comfortable putting my pics here but can msg me to see them.
