Bbl with Dr. Hughes - Los Angeles, CA

Overall everything he said, he did. Exactly! I had my consultation back in March and book my surgery date for June 24... I.e. I'm a hairstylist so I had to get my time together to take off. In the consultation he pulled took a look and felt my skin on my mid section and told me I had stretchy skin/ I might need a tummy tuck in the future( I scared of the tummy tuck scar so I was a little irritated with my self! My weight at the time was between 168-172 and my height is 5'2... I gained about 10 pound from my consultation which was highly foolish of me and I was really scared that might would a issues for me just having a bbl. any questions I had before my pre op I would email Lorena and she would respond attentively which was a amazing... My pre op was simple although Dr. Hughes is so confident in his work that I by passed me looking like a deer caught in the head light that it made me feel more secure in what he was about to do. He kept it straight with me up and down, about what he was going to do which I loved. I told him I wanted 1300 as he told me he was putting however much was going to get in there( exciting part ) I felt safe and secure as if I was Doing the right thing. My surgery was in the morning at 7am, I had to be there at 6. His assistant / nurse helped with me and she was very sweet. Changing into gown was when it started to get real then Mr Johnny bravo himself came into the room with his camera, I was relieved that he was such in a good mood that's why I choose a Friday! He ask me was I scared and how he was only going to put 200 ccs in both cheeks lol. I was looking like do it and I'll kill you lol he's a good man! Then off I went into the surgical room!!!

I woke up crying, could barely breathe from the tube they had in my throat during surgery (anathesia) my body was in so much pain and the binder was so tight on me. The nurse helped me and right along with my mom ... My mom was in shock from how big my butt was but during that time I just wish I would've asked for the 200 ccs due to the pain lol! I stayed at the Bev Marriott which wasn't far at all. By the time the night came I felt better because of the narcos but he took 5litters of fat out so my body was in complete shock ! The next morning my throat felt a little more better to talk so I ate and got up... MY ASS WAS HUGE! Like Huge, I didn't even have the little kangaroo pouch anymore, it was gone and I was feeling and seeing this with my binder still even on! I was amazed, I stay in the Bay Area so we drove back in the evening( I had two euro pillows and one standard and was in the front seat laying down. The euro was in the butt part of seat and another on the floor for elevation of my feet and the standard was for my chest to lay on ... I was comfy and knocked out)

Exactly 2 weeks and 3 days out my body feels normal a little bit now , I still have some pain on my sides and back but it's bearable and my swelling I feel has gone down a lot in my butt and also in my thighs. My incisions aren't noticeable and are numb ... My tummy I can feel but it can get a little agitated if my binder isn't on ... I haven't sat literally! I'm kinda scared cause it seems painful, even when laying I won't turn over cause it's a weird feeling. But I love my results, Hughes did everything he said he would do even more! I was scared of the loose skin thing and tummy tuck but now I'm not, I don't even have a pouch really anymore! For any body inquiring about doing the bbl with dr. Hughes be ready for a stern talk and no bs, if your shy or not really sure I don't think this would be your go to kind of guy because he won't sugar code anything nor baby his way into you spending your money. He's confident in his work for a reason and the results don't lie.
