Finally Taking the Leap
WORTH IT$15,000
Hello, I've wanted plastic surgery since Feb of 2017 but the feeling for me to want the surgery has been ongoing for years. When I would take pictures of myself I knew something was off about my face. In Feb 2017, I had a photoshoot and though the poses were great, my nose wasn't. I believe this surgery will enhance my beautify further and create a more symmetrical look for my face. I chose Dr. Jefferry Rawnsley because of his reviews from patients and the testimonials online. He is also Founder of the UCLA Facial Aesthetic Center and serves as a clinical associate professor at UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine. UCLA is one of the most renowned universities in the United States, which made his credentials very impressive. On 12/12/18 the day of the consultation, I met with Suzanne his receptionist/assistant and she was bubbly and helpful when checking me in to meet with the Doctor. She answered all my questions and provided quick turnarounds for any requests. Dr. Rawnsley took me into his office and his demeanor was quite calm and friendly. He was patient when answering my questions about the procedure, and his answers were well explained and thorough. He showed me before and after manipulations of my face and I was really impressed with the possible outcome. I have a pre-op follow-up on Monday 12/17 to discuss the scheduled surgery and any questions that I may have. I'm excited about this journey, and I will keep a detailed log throughout the entire process. I've taken some before pictures of my nose and provided Dr. Rawnsleys before and after manipulation of my face on his computer imaging software. My scheduled surgery is 12/27/18 and so far so good!

9 days pre
Pre-op Appointment
I had my scheduled pre-op appointment today with Dr. Rawnsley and it went well. It was a thorough meeting about the procedure and what is expected of the day of the surgery. Also, I was emailed a pamphlet prior to the surgery describing what to expect on the day of the surgery and the home care that is need during the healing process. Dr. Rawnsley was eager to answer any and all questions that I had-though I didn't have many because I read the pamphlet. His office manager,Suzanne, also explained in great detail about how to care for my nose after the surgery and a few other recommended suggestions. I was given a goodie bag, which included ointments and etc; for the post-care home treatments. I'm really excited about this and looking forward to my scheduled surgery on 12/27/18.

Day of treatment
Yup I did it
Today was my scheduled surgery with Dr. Rawnsleys staff and as always he was remarkably friendly and professional. I felt right at home with his staff and they gave me the best service anyone can ask for at the UCLA outpatient center. They carefully monitored me during my recovery and I felt as though I was in great hands with them. More pics hopefully within a few days when I feel a little better, thanks.
