Hi, the swelling is has gone down a tad bit. I have a follow-up appointment with Dr. Rawnsley on Friday but I might not post any pictures for awhile until I start to see a dramatic change in the swelling. Which could be either weeks or months, but I'll still be responding and answering questions to those that have any, thanks!

Swollen but it looks SO GOOD!
I can't believe my nose is this swollen in this first week but looks so DARN good! Can you imagine when the swelling is over? I really like my results so far. I'm so eager to see the final result because I know it's going to be so amazing. I'm already getting so many compliments in the first week!

You are really pretty! You are very swollen but you can see the direction your nose is headed in and its going to look incredible. Bravo!

Cast is OFF! But still swollen.
I had my cast removed today. Quick procedure, nothing fancy. I really like my nose and as time goes on the swelling will go down and reveal my new look. I added a few pictures from last night before I removed the cast as well. :o)

Your nose looks great but remember the swelling will linger around for months, just be patient n know that it will subside

Thank you very much for sharing your experience. I have been unhappy with my nose since I was a teenager. Seeing Andrea's results from Dr. Rawnsley's website made me seriously start to consider rhinoplasty. I hadnt seen a doctor yet that created as natural of a result as was done on Andrea. I am 25 now and I have been intently contemplating getting this surgery done with Dr. Rawnsley. I hope you are feeling well. How do feel as of now? Are you more satisfied with your results than before the surgey? Also, what was the financial procedure like? Did you have to pay up front or did you get a medical loan (put some money down) and pay it off monthy? Sorry for bombarding you with questions, I want to potentially get rhinoplasty from him at the end of May, so Im weighing out my options.
