I contacted The New Hair Instituerequesting an appointment for a consult and spoke with Paul. Paul was able to give me all the information needed over the phone and scheduled me an appointment to see Dr Pak. When I came into the office, I was able to meet meet Paul and Mach who handle the front desk. They are very knowledgeable about the procedures the office offers. Then I met with Dr Pak, whom I consulted about hair transplant procedures. I had consulted with other doctors about Hair Transplant but was never convinced about this procedure. Dr Pak took the time and explained what is involved and also gave me very realistic results if I did this procedure with him. Dr Pak promised the results, him and his staff will be able to provide. I was able to talked to previous patients and see results in person, not just pictures. I felt comfortable and decided to give Dr Pak and his office a chance... It's been now over one year post procedure, I have no regrets. Dr Pak and his staff (Ema and Caroline) did a great job...! Thank you Dr Pak.
