I’m so happy I researched and found ALO Bariatric and had Dr Lopez to do my DS surgery. In addition to the DS he fixed a hernia that solved all my heartburn issues and removed my gallbladder so I would not have to have separate surgeries and more recovery time. Dr Lopez has been their pre and post op to answer any of my questions or calm my concerns. You can see from his Facebook page that he has the love and support of many patients. Let me say that it was a big decision to go to another country to a Dr I never met to do such a big surgery as this but his staff made me feel safe and answered my questions along the way. I knew the risks of having surgery being morbidly obese and expected complications but I felt it was worth the risk to get my health back. I had 0 complications and am so happy to have taken that risk. I’ve been able to do so much after losing 100 lbs. 40 lbs and I will be at my goal weight.
