I have been looking to get my boobs done for years and finally decided to do it.

I am now at the 2 year mark and I cannot stand my implants. They are hard, have lost over half their volume, rippled, I can hear them click when I move, they are shifted completed and look terrible. The scares are not the same size on either side nor are they in the same location. Dr Gonzolas convinced me to do saline implant knowing he wanted to get more money out of me for a later revision. I am looking at any options to get them redone but it’s expensive with a revision. I never dreamed getting my boobs done would make me self conscious about them. Do not waste your time with him. He is in it for the money. The way my boobs look, I swear he had to of been drunk at placement. His office staff are sweet and the only reason he deserves 1 star. If I could give him 0 I would.

Some have requested a cleavage picture to better understand my last post. There are all from the same night, different pictures. The turn in shape and the deflation of them makes cleavage extremely difficult. So pictures are rare because it is rare. Here I have on a bombshell push-up with Added gel pushups in my bra (from my pageant days) in order to even have cleavage. I think the shape is pretty evident here.
