I have been looking to get my boobs done for years and finally decided to do it. I looked at reviews and work from at least 30 doctors in El Paso and las cruces. After several consultations from different doctors I finally made the choice to go with Dr. Gonzalez. He is amazing and listened to what I wanted before offering his opinion and I was very specific about what I wanted. We then tried on sizes and discussed what he suggested. I scheduled a surgery date that day and went back for my pre opt the next week. Dr Gonzalez and his staff were absolutely amazing through the process and I am beyond happy with my results even as I’m waiting for them to settle still.

So it’s been a year since getting my breast augmentation. Let’s just say I am not happy. Around the 6 month mark my boobs lost a ton of volume. At the point of surgery dr. Gonzolas has said me being 21 he couldn’t by law do silicone implants. Which was a lie. Later all dr’s I talked to say you can do silicone once age 21 and also with Consent age 19 and over. So I have saline that have totally deflated, rippling, now the implant itself have turned and my boobs seems to look deformed. Nipples oddly facing out (which naturally didn’t do that), also due to implant shift I have an extremely hard time attempting to even get cleavage. Which was the point. When I went back to see him he said “well Saline does that I guess. Let’s schedule and redo them”. Might I add knowing I had been waiting until I was 21, extremely ready to get them he convinced me I wouldn’t tell a difference in having saline vs. silicone. Although I wanted silicone. I got a second opinion and he said the pocket itself was deformed so he would have to takeout of implant, sew in mesh to reshape the pocket, then add new implant. So after looking and trusting someone, saving them one to finally give myself that gift I am choosing to remain unhappy and now worse off then before until I save another $15,000 to “fix” it. I did years of research and was so confident in my choice. Now I’m very frustrated. Any recommendations or drs to fix them (or donate to the cause lol) is more than appreciated.
