I am feeling great, I am still working on getting into a workout routine bit I am eating a lot better. My scar is still lightening up a little at a time. I do wish the belly button would be open a little more but overall I am extremely happy. I used the Silagen on mY scar for the first 2 months to flatten it and lighten it a little. If I had to redo the process, I would in a heartbeat.

Doing pretty good today. I engaged my core once on accident and that was intense. I am sticking to liquids still, I have a nausea patch so have not had any nausea at all. My dogs hate that they can’t lay with me.

Post Op Day 1
So had my surgery yesterday. Overall it went great. My level of pain is about a 6. I have not yet looked at my results, I am not quite ready but my husband took pictures for me. Has anyone had a wrinkle where the incision was, the doctor said it will straighten out.
