Looking back
As I look at these photos I see a big difference and it's still swollen I'm happy and way more confident now

It is a big difference. mine is JUST getting hard.. I prefer that feeling.. Its been a week for me. :)

Results are coming along
So Tuesday will make 5 weeks I'm still very hard on one side of my lower abdomen I will start doing cardio today I don't really like the unevenness of my stomach but it is much flatter I fit into a small top the other day I have been sticking to a pretty low carb diet since my procedure may 24 lost 12lbs so far

I do low carb high fat...I've lost 20 pounds in a month....I'm getting my procedure on wed so excited! U are looking great!
