I had a tummy tuck with another ps associated with the same medical group as you. I am completely unhappy with my results as well, matter of fact It doesn't look like even had surgery. I need a major revision. I actually got an opinion from another ps who said I need another tummy tuck! Also I firmly believe all of their reviews are fake. If you notice mostly all of them only have 1 posting. They just rave about what a great experience they had yet they never comment on a thing after that or post a picture. I see the bulging in you photos which I believe will go down being you're only 4 months however, although I'm no expert, I believe your scar is extremely high and your belly button appears off center, unless it's just the pic posted. I wish you the best
Thanks for replying. The scar is totally big and the belly button is a mess. I can bypass all of that if I have a flat contour. I’m in debt and unhappy. I thought they were good, but I based my opinions and judgement on their location.
Yes I'm in debt and I'm unhappy as well I based my decision on experience and realself reviews which I've come to see are false hopefully my PS as well as yours will just correct it I understand things can go wrong but what I can't understand is being charged more money when they do hopefully that won't happen
Have you been using compression garments? Swelling will happen up to a year. Also what you eat factors in. If in the morning you are flat and evenings oh get bigger it’s swelling. Get a second opinion at another surgeon but wear compression garments and join some tummy tuck groups for support
Thank u. That helps me a lot. I’ve purchased a new compression garment and I’m wear it nonstop. I’m also trying to lose extra weight to see if it improves.
Wishing you the best. Some people use ab boards as well. I’m still trying to find a surgeon so not there yet but get a lot of information from the tummy tuck groups on Facebook. If it’s visceral fat that will help
Hi think your just swollen, get an abdominal board and wear with your faja, it helps to relieve the swelling. Also drink green tea and take bromelian, it really helped me.

Totally regrets at this time

For the past few months I’ve been having a lot of bulging at my upper abdomen. I don’t like the contour that my stomach has taken. I spoke to my plastic surgeon and I felt brushed off. He couldn’t explain to me why my stomach looked this way. He simply said that it’s just how my tummy looks. My pubic region is very swollen...I have no idea if it’s fat or swelling. What bothers me most is the bulging of my tummy. I’m so disappointed. I needed reassurance that it was normal and eventually it would go away. I feel botched and for $9000 I’m very unhappy right now.

So how is your stomach now and can i see a pic im thinking of getting a tummy tuck and want to be sure
I had my surgery 8/17 and I'm experimenting the same swelling above my pubic area as well as the bulging in upper abdomen. And of course, I still have selling in lower stomach area.
I’m wearing my compression garment daily and also the white wrap that they give me at the hospital and I’m seeing some small changes to my abdomen. My ps told me that the pubic area might be the last part to actually reduce in swelling. (I don’t mind that ;). I’m wondering if it’s wearing jeans that cause the bulge? However....I believe it is still due to swelling and maybe some weight gain. I’m losing weight so I hope I’d have better results. Also when I’m without my garment it feels like swell hell. I’d love to see a picture. I’ll also update with a current photo.
Hi. I've read your post and wondering how you're feeling?
I had the same problem and I am now six months and the bulging finally went away I guess it takes way longer for ur abdomen part to heal I always kept my faja on and made sure I ate right because I thought I was getting fat because it wasn't going down but now it went down so be patient and keep ur compression garment on religiously
who’s the doctor

Super swollen!!! ??

I’m so swollen at the end of the day l, it looks redic. Sometimes I wish I didn’t do it. I’m swollen terribly at the top of my abdomen. I no longer wear my compression garment. I’m flat wbit but if I take it off, a few moments later, I’m super swollen again. Idk what is happening.

Oh no...have you called your ps yet? I have seen several on here talk about being swollen months after so hopefully this is normal...I am sure it is
