I been debating for many years whether I should get plastic surgery. I always wanted a bbl when I was younger however after two c-sections with two kids I decided I needed a tummy tuck first and foremost. I looked into many doctors here in the states and overseas. Even though the cheaper route was to go overseas I didn't feel safe and was scared because I have two kids. I decided to start this forum to help others with my concerns and experiences. I already picked a doctor in a short notice in June 2017 because knowing me I would have last minute doubts and change my mind if I waited to long for a operation date.

I'm kind of nervous. The date is getting closer. I'm more scared about going under anesthesia then anything else. Just a scary feeling to be put to sleep but I will think positive. When I first went to the doctors I had in mind to get my whole body done meaning, butt, stomach and breast. However I found out I couldn't do a tummy tuck and bbl together which I didn't know. So I decided to go with the tummy tuck which became more important to me now since I had two c sections. I also was going to get a breast lift with the tummy tuck because of financial reasons I decided to just go with the tummy tuck first. I also wanted lipo on my back however my doctor recommended it for another time since it was a necessity. For the past two weeks I been making sure to eat right and go to the gym. Even tho I'm getting a tummy tuck and all the fat will be cut out, well most of it. I still wanted to slim down a little so it could look even better. So far I lost six pounds so hopefully I can lose another five in the next week.

I had my tummy tuck about 48 hours ago. The process was smooth. I was more scared going under then anything else but the doctors were great! First day wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I was able to go to the bathroom and make little steps on my own while still hunching over. However now I am in the most pain, this is nothing like I thought it was going to be. I do look fabulous even with the swollen and garment on. But I was expecting the pain to feel somewhat like my last two c-sections, WRONG!!! The tightening in the upper abdomen ha caused me so much heartburn, be ready with TUMS! I also am extremely sore all over, can't even pick myself up. I need two Percocet every six hours or I can't even adjust myself in bed, that's how swore, tight and painful I am and feel. I haven't pooped yet but I do feel my stomach in knots. Let me suggest something don't be around anyone who will make you laugh. Last night my boyfriend was annoying me and laughing, which made me laugh and tighten my stomach muscles and that kept me up all night with stomach spasms. Hurts like a B@&!$. Drains are easy to manage, I'm eating small portions, some crackers, jello and toast. No appetite that much, hopefully the pain in my upper abdominal lessens because the lower part of my stomach is just numb.

Thank you for posting your story. I just had a tummy tuck and breast lift and what you wrote is exactly how I feel! I'm on day 3 now since my surgery and it's good to know what I'm going through is normal!

I love the honesty, because I was mentally preparing myself for similar pain as the C-sections and now I'm and preparing for that x10. I am getting a TT/360 lipo, BL/Ba, lipo to the arms and inner thighs with bbl... extremely nervous.
