Mohs defect
Here is post mohs, pre closure and current. 3 days out.
Surgery done
Two rounds of mohs this morning. This BCC went deep into muscle below eye. Reconstruction performed later today. I dm in significant pain but no graft was needed. Let the Healing begin!
