It is now 3.5 months since the procedure. About a month after the procedure I got a scalp infection. I called the doctor and I found out he lives in N. Carolina and only comes out to California when there's work. He is a licensed plastic surgeon. He did call in a prescription for me. Of course I saw my regular doctor first and he prescribed something that did not work. I did see him the next time he was in town. After that healed up everything started to grow in. My balding area is getting smaller and I see and feel new growth everyday. I'm still happy I did this and hope more hair continues to grow in.

It is now 11 days since the procedure. I have no pain at all. I have some shock hair loss. But I know it is temporary. I did not have any swelling to my forehead or eyes because I took the medication and iced my forehead a lot. So far it has been a good experience and I can't wait for the hair to start growing in.

I had the procedure done 1 week ago and it is still healing. I had female pattern thinning on the top of my head and was very self conscience about it. The procedure took about 3 and a half hours for 1550 graphs. The donor area which is basically ear to ear is still sore. It is uncomfortable to sleep but gets better everyday. Like some of the other reviews I read, my head is very itchy. The doctor I used talked to me during the entire procedure and explained what he was doing along with some general conversation. I thought they were very nice and the doctor certainly knew what he was doing. The only problem I had was that I was the last procedure of the day and when they finished I don't feel they cleaned me up properly or wanted to wait for the bleeding to completely stop. The staff wanted to go home. Overall it was a good experience. They called me for the first 3 days to make sure I was ok and following all the directions. So far so good I hope it takes and grow in. I'm very excited to see the results.

I did a fair amount of research on doctors. Of course I wanted a good doctor but I also wanted someone close to home. Luckily I found both.
