Rhinoplasty + chin implant but I Still Look Like Me- Just Better :) - Lone Tree, CO

My nose is not as smooth as I would like it in an ideal world (still curved) but I did ask for a more "natural" look, and the bump is certainly gone which was my biggest complaint ;) Totally love how the chin balances out my face.

And bonus of my cute baby :) :)
