Since I was a teenager I always felt extremely self conscious about my nose. The dorsal hump was too big, the tip was too wide and bulbous, and I really disliked how my nose gravitated noticeably to the left side of my face. Dr. Weber addressed all my complaints and from there I decided to have the surgery.
