Gym! 1 month & 1 week post op.

Hello my fellow RealSelf ladies :P. The pain have finally decreased significantly since the surgeon pulled my spitting suture; I can actually walk normal now without leaning over! Ha. Now that the pain is almost gone, I feel as though I should get back to the gym and get my ass back in shape to help compliment the new girls; I'm so ready to work out again! Not working out for a little over a month has been rough for sure.

As for the boobs, they're looking amazing and I couldn't be more pleased. My nipples still haven't gone down much (left one has barely), so I'm wondering if they're going to be permanently like this which I really hope not :(... I miss my small nipples! Did anyone else's nipples get stretched out quite a bit?

As for the scarring, you honestly can barely see it and my surgeon did such a tremendous job on where he did the incisions sites because you have to lift my boobs up pretty high to see them!

Anyways, here's a little picture and I'll add some more this evening after my work out! For some reason, my boobs look smaller in pictures than what they really are. Welcome back two a days and getting my butt kicked :P.

1 month post op; 385cc.

Forgot to post this pic with the last update! Nipples still swollen and I'm a little asymmetrical but I'm okay with that :). They're sisters, not twins! My left breast looks a little squarish but it's the lighting.

1 month post op; 385cc.

Just a quick update on my 1 month post op! Was having SEVERE pain on my left breast incision that would radiate up to my head; it was to the point where I couldn't sleep, walk, etc. I called my surgeon and he got me in the next day at 8am (Mother's Day; felt so bad having him come in). He clipped a very small suture that was sticking out and took another piece out. I was left with a very minimal opening and I'm already almost healed and it hasn't even been a week yet. I had to pack it for 3 days and then it closed fairly quickly! I'm feeling SO much better now. The surgeon has been absolutely amazing and has responded immediately to any of my concerns which has only been the severe pain so far. Besides that, I'm very happy with the results and the bruising is almost gone, but nipples are still swollen and numb! Here's a few pictures of the suture when it was taken out that I packed and the boobs in a bralette! Will post more photos later :).

Very in tune with your wants and desires. I did research for about 7 years (obviously I'm picky) because I wanted to make they turned out as best as possible. Dr. Broadway was worth the 7 year search. He performed under the muscle 385cc textured silicone; my after breasts are some of the nicest ones I've seen and everyone has also been telling me that including the doctor and his staff. Surgery was 4.19.2017 and now it's 4.28.2017. I'm in a lot of pain but I have a personal history with opioids so they don't work as well on me. Everyone says their surgeon is the best, but he truly is. He's also quadrupole certified and there's only a few doctors in the country that are. He makes you feel so comfortable and he is so gentle while very honest. Denise is also such a great girl on his staff and very honest, while very perspective and alert to your desires. It was so worth the cost. As for my breast augmentation results, my nipples are also very swollen and cracking a little so I've been putting lotion on the nipples only and they will hopefully go back to the normal size (I usually have very small ones unless I'm on my period like in the before photo). My breasts look different when my arms are raised then when they are not, and I love the way they look when they're raised. When they are not raised, they either look baseball like, rectangular, or perfect. I will post more photos over time! Thank you Dr. Broadway and staff.
